Constellation keeps as confidential all information clients share with this institution. When registering on this website, the user will provide Constellation with personal information capable of identifying him/her when entering domains of this institution. This information will be received and stored automatically in our servers, jointly with the activities coming from his/her navigator, including his/her IP address and cookie information. This information may be also used by Constellation to contact him/her about new products or services we believe he/she is interested in.
At the end of the registration process, the user will receive an identification password, being fully responsible for keeping the confidentiality of the password and of this identification as well as for all activities that occur under his/her password and/or identification. The user agrees to (i) immediately notify Constellation about any unauthorized use of his/her password or account, or by other break of security he/she is aware of; and (ii) to logoff from his/her user account at the end of each session and ensure that it is not accessed by unauthorized third parties. Constellation will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the noncompliance with the provision above by the user.
Constellation will not disclose, sell or rent any of its personal information to any third party. However, the user recognizes and agrees that Constellation may disclose it if determined by the Law or acting in good faith in the circumstances it believes that the preservation or revelation is necessary to:
1. comply with a legal procedure;
2. cause the compliance with terms provided for herein;
3. reply complaints that the content made available herein violates third-party rights;
4. protect rights, properties, interests or keep the security of Constellation, of the clients and of the general public.
If any information provided by the user is false, incorrect, outdated or incomplete, or in the event Constellation has enough reasons to suspect that this information is false, incorrect, outdated or incomplete, Constellation will have the right to suspend or cancel immediately, regardless of notice, the registration of the user and refuse all and any utilization, present or future of the services made available, or part of them. Constellation is concerned with the security and privacy of all its clients.
